Caving trip to County Clare, Ireland

In September 2004, the cavers packed themselves into two cars, and headed for a ferry to take them for a week’s caving in County Clare, Ireland. This is always a popular caving destination for the club. The caves are mostly horizontal and relatively easy, all be it some of them still a little young, and not as spacious as some caves. And of course there are the great bars, always a great “crack”, plus excellent Guinness, and music. Ireland is always a fun holiday of caving, beer, and partying. See photos from the trip.
