A social meetup at the Maypole Pub at 7:30. The purpose of this is to have a think about trips you would like to go on and (hopefully) be able / willing to take responsibility for. Come at 7:30 for food and drinks and the real Keeners can bring their favourite guide books.

The Peak District boasts many of the most popular climbing areas in the UK. There really is something for everyone here, and if you don’t fancy climbing there’s plenty of walking. Staying at the Orpheus Caving Hut.

A classic of British sea cliff climbing. We plan to stay at St Petrox Campsite, Stackpole.
Those who want to climb in Range West will need to travel up on Thursday 6th to attend the compulsory briefing at the Castlemartin base at 9am on Friday 7th.
Those who aren’t fussed about Range West are welcome to start the trip on the 7th. We’ll sort out cars accordingly.
Early May bank holiday trip to Fontainebleau
Main activities: bouldering
Fontainebleau (or Font) is probably the world’s best place to go bouldering. It is located just south of Paris in the forest. With more than 30,000 problems, so there is something for any level of climber. If you have never been then you are in for a real treat! Baguette, croissant, cheese and wine may also feature. Staying at La Musardière (as usual).

West Cornwall is famous for multi-pitch climbing but there is also plenty of excellent trad climbing and bouldering at more amenable grades while still retaining the rugged coastal setting.
Cornwall is also just a great place to be outdoors if you fancy walking, kayaking, cycling or coasteering (with a good pasty or cream tea at the end of the day!). We will be staying at Trevaylor campsite near St Just.

This year our Annual Dinner Meetup will be in North Wales from November 17-19. Snowdonia has a wide range of activities including scrambling, walking, climbing as well as some old miners tunnels to be explored. We will be staying at the Bryn Brethynau Barn in Capel Curig, Snowdonia which is only a 5 minute walk from the Tyn Y Coed Pub where we will be having our dinner on Saturday evening. The cost for the weekend will be £47 for 3 courses and £41 for a two course meal.
