This is the current list of events and club meets for 2009. Transport arrangements are generally sorted out via email. If you’re interested in any trips, drop a line to the Climbing or Caving Secretary. Most trips leave Cambridge on Friday evening and return Sunday evening.

Camping at Coniston Hall Park. 25th: guided trip into Coniston Copper Mines (max party size 8). 26th: Yorkshire, venue to be decided. | 28 Apr | Digital Projection Night – a chance to share images and tall-tales of what you’ve been up to. Upstairs at the Castle on Castle Hill from 8pm. Bring a memory stick! | May | 01 May – 04 May | Climbing trip to Pembroke, South Wales. | 08 May | Brewery Tour at Milton Brewery, 7.30 – 10.30pm. £15 per person with a minimum of 15 people will secure us unlimited beer for the night (and they mean it), plus bread, cheese and other assorted nibbles. Participants on this trip should be able to do 100m SRT ascent in case the winch breaks down! |

Exclusive use of the Hawkshead Beer Hall for the night (offering the full range of Hawkshead beers) plus a 3-course meal including coffee from the adjoining Wilf’s Cafe (going by their breakfasts, the meal will be superb – veggy and vegan options available).Cost just £25 each, and if we get enough cash in the kitty we’ll book some musical entertainment too. Camping will be available about 20 mins away (around £7/night each) and B&Bs also available.
