In September 2006, 8 cavers packed themselves into two cars, and headed for the Swansea/cork ferry to take them on there adventure for a week’s caving in County Clare Ireland. As usual Ireland is a very popular caving destination for the club. The caves are mostly horizontal and relatively easy, all be it some of them still a little young, and not as spacious as some caves. And of course there are the great bars, always a great “crack”, plus excellent Guinness, and music. Ireland is always a fun holiday of caving, beer, and partying.
